My stay was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The hotel's location near the beach was great, allowing for some enjoyable moments watching the seagulls and waves from the room. However, issues like a broken shower faucet and noise from construction next door affected the overall stay.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and surprisingly modern, with a king bed so comfortable that we slept longer than usual. However, the room needed a little table and two chairs by the window instead of just one lonely chair. The location was perfect for us, just a block off the beach, offering a nice distance from the main road traffic while still providing a view of the ocean. The service, unfortunately, was unprofessional and rude at times, which detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel's location is a real plus, close to the beach and within walking distance of various attractions. Despite a few cleanliness issues and roaches in the bathroom, my overall stay was satisfactory. The staff was exceptionally courteous and accommodating, making my experience pleasant. The hotel's proximity to the beach was a highlight, but the presence of a lot of kids in the dining area affected the ambience negatively.
